Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                  
HOUSE BILL NO. 207(FIN) am "An Act relating to adjustments to                  
royalty reserved to the state to encourage otherwise uneconomic                
production of oil and gas; and providing for an effective date" be             
held to the May 13 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
